Jason Jesurum Jay
I am a Ph.D. student in Organization Studies at the MIT Sloan School of Management. My research is on institutional and organizational change toward sustainability. I am active in trying to actually catalyze change on the MIT campus. I work on the side as a leadership coach and consultant. I live in Boston's South End, and am married to Alaka Ray, a medical resident at MGH.
